Question: What is the quality of denim like?

Answer: The material of our Denim Jackets is a 100% cotton, non-stretch and breathable. We are happy to say it is one of the finest quality to buy!

Question: Does the paint come off with a wash?

Answer: Absolutely not, that being said, the wash care is important. Hand-Wash your denim in cold water. The paint is a pigment and attaches itself to the fabric. Denim as a material does not let the paint crack, because it absorbs the paint well and gives us a good canvas to paint on!

Question: How is a piece made? Do you print or paint?

Answer:  This is one of our most frequently asked question. We make each piece with our hands. Each piece is made separately, it is not a factory produced good. While those have their own charm and are beautiful in their own might, Paneni wanted to sell something so much personal and clothing that was just beyond factory printing. We wanted you to have art in your wardrobe.

Question: What’s the procedure of getting a custom made jacket?

Answer: Custom Made jackets is something we love to make for you! Our prices for the jacket completely depend on the artwork. You can feel free to send us your own jacket and we will be happy to make it on that for you! We can also provide the jacket. And all custom made jackets are pre-paid. 
The procedure is simple - you drop us a message on our contact form or send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll help you out with the rest. 

Question: How much time does it take for you to ship a jacket?

Answer: Since we make each piece separately, it takes us a minimum of 8-9 days to ship a jacket out and 6-7 days for it to reach you. Paneni is dealing with a very high order quantity and we’re so so so happy that you all love our art and appreciate it so much! We might take an extra day or so to make your jacket, but the wait will be worth it. 

Question: Can I return a jacket?

Answer: Anything you have bought from the website, which is not a custom made jacket, can 100% be returned. You must let us know in the first 5 days of receiving the order. All you have to do is drop an e-mail on panenistore@gmail.com or send us a message on +91 9560977202 and tell us your order number and name. Once we receive the item, and the item is not damaged, worn or torn, we will refund your money in full, into your bank account. If you have a size discrepancy, please mention it in the e-mail, we will send you the size that you’re looking for. You will have to cover the cost for shipping it back to us. 

Question: What are the precautions you are taking for COVID?

Answer: Your jackets are being shipped from a COVID free environment. All our artists are being checked for their temperature, are sanitizing as often as they can and are taking all the precautions necessary. You can read more about it here. We hope you are being safe and healthy.

Answer: Everything. Everything because someone actually spends the time and energy to make a piece for you! Because you are special, and that’s all we want. For you to wear your own expression, art that you relate to, for whatever it is that you stand for! So, we’re all a bunch of artists making art for anyone who is an artist, who loves art and you could be anyone, a musician, an artist, a dancer, a chef, a sportsman, a doctor, a salesman, BUT for everything you do, we know that whatever you excel at is art in itself.  You appreciate art and we adore you!

Shipping Policy

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Shipping Costs
We have free shipping all over India. 

2. Returns

2.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Paneni will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 5 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and Paneni will arrange for shipping. We will get it picked from your doorstep so that the return process can be as hassle free as possible.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your bank account. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Paneni will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments( within India) are in transit for 2 - 7 days

3.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 8 days. 

3.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 6-7 business days of payment of the order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please send us an e-mail to notify us in case you have opted for guest check-out. 

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

​6. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

​7. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

​8. Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Care Instructions: 

1. Keep your denim on a hanger
2. Dry Clean if embroidered and Hand-wash if painted. 
3. If both painted and embroidered, hand-wash your denim jacket. 
4. If your denim is dyed, dry clean your jacket. 

Each item in the shop is MADE TO ORDER.
We take 10-12 days to prepare an item in our workshop before it is shipped out to you.
